Win the corners, flip the board

Reversi is an eight-by-eight strategy game where every legal move traps at least one opposing disc. The board can change dramatically in a single turn, so stable positions matter more than an early lead.

Make a legal move

Place your disc on an empty square so one or more straight lines of enemy discs sit between the new disc and another of yours. Every trapped line flips immediately. If no legal move exists, the turn passes automatically.

Value stable discs

Corner discs can never be flipped, and edge groups connected to a corner are difficult to remove. Avoid giving away a corner by playing next to an empty one too early. The number of discs you own midgame is less important than the options you preserve.

End the match

Play continues until the board is full or neither side can move. The player with more discs wins. Local mode supports two people on one device; solo mode offers three AI levels and highlights available moves for a readable pace.
