The objective and clues

Reveal every square that does not contain a mine. A revealed number states exactly how many mines occupy its surrounding squares, including diagonals. Blank openings spread automatically. Revealing a mine ends the round, while flags are reminders and do not need to be placed to win.

Controls

Tap or click a hidden square to reveal it. Right-click or long-press to place a flag, or turn on Flag mode before tapping. With the keyboard, use the arrow keys to move, Space or Enter to reveal, and F to flag. Selecting a revealed number with enough adjacent flags opens its remaining neighbors.

Three fair field sizes

Easy uses 9 × 9 squares with 10 mines, Medium uses 12 × 12 with 24 mines, and Hard uses 16 × 16 with 40 mines. Every first selection protects the chosen square and all neighboring squares. The timer pauses when the field is paused or the tab is hidden, and the best win for each difficulty is stored locally when available.
